Avalon , Aspen Gate, and Aspen West are owned and managed by a husband and wife team-- David and Joanne Conca. David is an alumnus of the University of California Davis and Joanne is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara in California. Both of them have been active in the field of real estate and maintenance since the year 2000.
David is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and California whereas Joanne is licensed solely in California. As supporters of ethics and education in the industry, they belong to the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the National Association of Realtors.
In their spare time, they enjoy the bright sunshine and beautiful scenery that can only be found in Colorado. David enjoys biking and gardening whereas Joanne can be found jogging, singing, or working on wildlife advocacy projects. As a family, they hike at many of the state and regional parks and attend festivals and other cultural events throughout the area.
David is a native Coloradoan whereas Joanne is originally from California. Each brings a different perspective to living in Colorado. You'll enjoy their friendly and enthusiastic management style.
